For our June class, we've chosen some of chef Nate’s favorite dishes, with a nod to the flavors of early summer. The menu will feature items we served regularly at Rafns’, including Penne Bolognese, a Northern Italian dish that Nate learned while working at Caruso’s many years ago. The meal will conclude with a slice of Dark Chocolate & Molasses Pie, our most popular dessert at the restaurant! We have a full meal planned, plus some light snacks, so come hungry!

HORS D’OEUVRES

SOUP
Farmers’ Market Vegetable Chowder
new potatoes, sweet onions, carrots, fresh herbs, cream and chicken broth 

MAIN COURSE
Penne Bolognese
quill pasta in a rich meat sauce, with fontina and mozzarella cheese

DESSERT
Dark Chocolate & Molasses Pie
served with chocolate sauce and whipped cream

  • Due to limited space and seating, these classes are not hands-on. However, we plan to discuss each dish in detail so you can make them at home with confidence.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable.
